Billing for weekly water balancing is issued every 15th of the month, paid by the 1st. If not paid within 5 days after due date a $35.00 fee will be applied and every one day after, another $5.00 will be issued on the invoice.

Billing for Drain & Cleans are issued after clean up. If not paid within 72 consecutive hours, a $35.00 fee will be applied and every one day after another $5.00 will be issued on the invoice.

If needing to cancel service entirely we would need a 21 day notice. If not met within those requirements there will be an invoice equivalent to one month’s of service.
